Halco Professional Santa Wig and Beard Set

I bought a $300 Santa suit and all the accessories about 11 years ago, and I got a wig and beard to go with it. Eventually the elastic wore out and the other year I spent $30 at Party City for another set, what a piece of crap! When I tried to find the website I bought the suit from, it was no longer online. So I searched Amazon and found this one, taking a chance on the price for a more premium set. I’m so glad I did! Someone mentioned it’s a bit small in the head, which I thought was true at first, but it does stretch more when applied from back to front instead of front to back. It’s important to pull the curls out of the hair or it looks rather silly, but otherwise, it’s a gorgeous set. I think anyone would be very happy with it. I hope it lasts for several years to come.

Great Beard for Santa. High Quality

I have struggled for the last few years to find a beard and wig that looked good, fit well, and held up. This one did. It may have been a bit voluminous in the wig, but it fit well and looked great in pictures. The beard was good, but a little small under the chin. There is a fabric flap that goes under your chin, apparently to make it look more realistic and move more realistically when you talk. I assume it is expected to glue to your face, but I have my own beard, so I don't do that. If the flap was a little wider and went further under my chin, it may have worked for me. I chose to cut it off, and it still looked great! I play Santa at my local animal shelter, not for children, so I really just need it to look good for the pictures, not move when I speak. I feel I got my moneys worth, finally! It looks like it will hold up for several years for as well as it survived this year, with squirming dogs, cats, and guinea pigs!

I got to portray St. Nick at a recent event, and I didn't want to wear the 10+ year old beard/wig that the previous guy had been employing. Got my own fresh one, and wow, what a combo! The wig looks a little "barrister-y" when you first get it, but you can break the curls down a little bit to make them a little more natural looking. It fits snugly, keeps your face surprisingly warm. I was in 20-30 mph winds, and the beard would flip up into my vision, but my face really wasn't cold. I paired it with a Santa hat, and the hat stayed on the wig with no fear of losing it in the wind. Get a nice hat with it, and you'll be in business! Very satisfied with this beard and wig set. It is very soft and looks great. We got a lot of compliments on how nice it was.
