I am currently wearing this right now after having five teeth pulled 4 wisdom teeth, surgeon had to cut through the nerves on the bottom teeth and I’m telling you this face Pac is the only thing that has saved me. I’m on day three and I’m telling you you need to wear it as soon as you get home have it in the freezer before you leave for surgery when you come back put it on immediately. It is the only thing even with hydrocodone that has helped with the pain. I almost didn’t get this one thinking that it was cheaper and may not be as nice. I’m so glad I went with this one because it has four packs and you can change them out easily and they get cold quickly in the freezer, so when the cools starts to wear off it is not as cold, you can just change them out. the wrap fits perfectly and u will need the one that comes over the ears trust me I almost got one that my ears would be out of but I’m so glad I didn’t because the coolness reaches where it needs to go and you can squish the pack down to be comfy against the face because the packs don’t freeze solid. And one the third or fourth day you switch to heat and you can microwave the inserts as well. This is hands down the best money I have ever spent. Period. Very secure you can move with it and it won’t slide all around either. Very comfortable.

Amazing for my wisdom teeth removal. First 2 days the icing was great, stayed cold for a while and the straps were comfortable. Day 3+ I used it for heat. 30 seconds in the microwave, worked a little less than the cold but that’s to be expected. Still felt good and comforting once my teeth started to ache. Plus, the pressure felt really good on my face even if I wasn’t using the temperature feeling. Definitely recommend. Plus you can use it as standalone ice packs after you heal!

Helped so much with my recovery when I had my wisdom teeth removed! Helped prevent swelling and control my pain, without needing to hold ice in place. I bought 2 and rotated the inserts in the freezer so I always had nice cold ones to use when it was time to ice again. This also allowed me to put the inserts in one and leave the whole wrap right in the freezer for easy swapping at night. They were not too stiff or cold for me right out of the freezer. I found it very comfortable, it stayed put while I slept and didn’t bother me at all. Also, the inserts fit nicely and are easy to swap.

I bought this for recovery after my parotidectomy (salivary gland on the side of my face) but ultimately didn’t use it. Still it’s a decent product. Pros: velcro - not the painful scratchy kind Size - fits around the heads of everyone - kids to big headed adults 4 hot/cold packs - you can use 2 and leave the extras in the fridge to switch out - packs stay cold about 15-20mins - holds temperature well and are multi-purpose Cons: I didn’t use it much mainly because it’s heavy so not that comfortable

Helps a lot with Pain on Day 1, will update as days go on. I’m so happy i got this because the place i went to for surgery didn’t send me home with any type of ice packs at all. It doesn’t stay cold super long maybe like 20/25 mins but it comes with 4 total ice packs so you can always keep changing them out. While they’re cold it feels so soothing. I got for wisdom teeth removal and they suggest doing 20 min on, 10/20 min off so it’s kinda like a good timer. Head peace is super soft, i have sensitive skin and it doesn’t irritate me at all. it does moves little when trying to talk or eat/drink but definitely manageable

Absolutely fantastic quality! As I was shopping around to purchase one of these for my husband’s upcoming oral surgeries I kept seeing that a lot of different brands were being returned due to size. After reading the reviews this one seemed like our best bet and it definitely was! My husband had all his teeth extracted and implants put in and this has definitely helped his comfort level. I highly recommend this product! Gel packets chill quickly in the freezer. Large enough for my husband to wear comfortably with swelling. Overall the Velcro makes this easy to use and the design makes perfect coverage for any oral discomfort.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and this wrap was amazing. The fact it comes with 4 ice packs means you can alternate and always have cold ones plus miles easier than sitting there holding cold ice packs on the side of your face for 2 days! Worked really well and would buy again.

Purchased this for my tonsillectomy recovery. Currently on day six of recovery while using the face wrap consistently, and I'm experiencing thread pilling/ breakage on the inside sections that hold the gel packs. Mentioning the gel packs, it's super convenient that this comes with two sets, yet, I'm highly disappointed with their ability to maintain coldness... they never last me over 20 minutes, which is super frustrating, especially when you're attempting to rest. Overall, this face wrap gets the job done, yet, I'm not tremendously satisfied with the quality. Would not purchase if you're looking for a product to use extensively or for multiple procedures.

This is a quality product that became very helpful after dental surgery. I love the fact that you don’t have to hold an ice pack to you face with your hand but can just wrap this around your head and it stays there for as long as you need it. it comes with 4 ice packs, so you keep one pair in the freezer while you use the other. The packs are mouldable even when frozen so you can model them around your face contour. The Velcro closing adjust to the size of your head. I have not tried them as hot packs yet but they can be used like that as well.

I just got my wisdom teeth out and this has been my life saver. it’s so soft. the velcro keeps it nice and snug. although, the reason i give 4/5 stars is the packs don’t stay cold for a long period of time, i have to switch them out every 20 min.

Super apres une chirurgie s la machoire. Chaud ou froid . Tiens bien la nuit, même si je devais dormir assis ! Tres bonne qualité ! Le tissus etait assez rigide pour tenir en place tout en etant confortable. Les sac aussi reste en place dans la pochette sans tombé en boulle au fond. Donc il couvre bien un espace assez large Pour réchauffé les sac je les laissait tremper dans l'eau chaude pour gardez les sac en bon etat.
