It does adjust, my wrists are somewhat wide and it can widen up and tighten. Fits every wrist well.

Is the lion part all black or white inside?

Its all black on the inside but is just like the photos on the outside. I’ve had mine for almost a year, never take it off, and am still wearing it as i answer your question.
