I love that you can view their rooms without being home/on the same WiFi. I love the pictures and videos the monitor takes too. 5 stars for sure! We had one of our monitors go out and I contacted support for help and they tried to fix the problem, unfortunately there wasn't anything that could be done for that one but they offered a discount for a brand new monitor.
