NEW HP Photosmart 6510 e-All-in-One (CQ761A#B1H)

The printer operates satisfactorily. As stated by the seller "Box shows heavy storage wear. But never removed from box" is a true statement. However, I removed the printer from its box, and it was in excellent condition - in other words it was NEW!!!. It took 5 minutes to setup printer. Then I went through all the printer operations with satisfactory results. This is a great printer and I'm elated to find the exact same printer to replace my existing 10-year printer. Thank you!

1.scanned like a champ but f1st one wouldn't print in color, and only printed in black ink after I worked with it. Wouldn't print color at all.2.2nd one also scanned like a champ but wouldn't print black/white or color.3.At least they refunded my payment and shipping reasonably quickly.

after removing all the layers of trash, I got it set up and the carriage was jammed. It wouldn't budge. So rather than go thru repacking it in the trash pile, I researched and was able to fix it. Then it wouldn't print because the ink too low so ?I went to Walmart and spent 70$ on new ink cartridges. Got the all in place and it wouldn't print black. Very odd.Cleaned heads, again and again and it just would not print the black which is the most important out of all of them.I am so angry hours later that if someone looks at me i'm going to prison
