Beauty Queen (Whatever After #7): Volume 7

Super cute series for your preteen!!! My daughter absolutely loved reading this series!! Highly recommend

My daughter is 12 and asked for the entire Whatever After series for Christmas. I love these books for her. She can't put them down. She tells me all the things that go on in her book and she is just extremely exited about them and she's not an avid reader so I'm thankful that it holds her interest! They don't follow a typical storyline for the actual title of the books (like we used to read) which is also good fun for her to learn some new things about older fashioned characters we all learned about growing up! Would definitely recommend this entire series for anyone with a love for fairy tails!

I think these books are painful as I am more of a Harry Potter/RL Stine kind of a Mom, but my 8 year old daughter LOVES this set. She is on book 6 and can't put them down. They have really gotten her into reading. In addition, she has trouble getting to sleep at night and these books have gotten her into a great habit of reading before bed and calming down. They are so good though that sometimes she reads past her allotted time and I have to remind her to go to bed. Sometimes I hear her in her room laughing her arse off and I ask her what's so funny and its these books. These books are based very loosely on Disney characters like the Little Mermaid and a brother and sister duo have to help the characters with some problem or another. I highly recommend them!

Favorite reading series for a girl in elementary school. It was a great present to learn outside her language. She really likes this. Books are a great resource for girls especially the summer where it is hot. She can just get this book, since summer is near her birthday, and enjoy the read. She loves this series!

I absolutely love the Whatever After book series and so do my students! The boys always complain thinking it will be a “princess book” but they quickly find out it’s actually a book about a brother and sister who go on crazy adventures together. After I read the first book they are always begging me to start the second! I give book 1 as a Christmas gift to my students every year so they can start collecting them and the boys are just as excited as the girls to get it! I highly recommend this series for both girls and boys! Great books!
