Logols iodine is handy stuff. Useful for all forms of disinfecting and antiseptic use. I’ve been using it for about a decade and swear by it. It really is still the universal medicine it was once billed as.

Hard to find locally – glad Amazon had it
I couldn’t find this anywhere in local shops or pharmacies, so I was pleased to see it on Amazon at a reasonable price. The dropper makes it easy to measure out small amounts without waste. The glass bottle feels sturdy and well-sealed. I use this mainly as part of my general wellness routine, and it’s reassuring to have a reliable source without hunting around. Tasts vile but if taken with fresh orange there was no after taste. I am at the start of this journey but I bought this to help with menopause symptoms so I'll update again in few months if this has helped or not
