It's obviously not going to have as much support as a traditional underwire bra, but as someone who is usually a 34D and finds bralettes way too unsupportive, this is a nice happy medium. I also have shoulder issues and normal bras can pull on them, aggravate them, and cause migraines, but this bra's straps aren't as tight, so it causes me a lot less tension. It also breathes more than normal bras seem to, which is great for summer in Texas! The comfort is great (and I may have accidentally fallen asleep wearing it once or twice) and the price is great, too!I ordered a size M and the fit is good overall, but I prefer to have it on the middle hooks on the band for more support, rather than on the outer edge, so I think the band is a little big.
