Worked well - exactly what I needed

This kit was a perfect fit for my Hisense Portable A/C. After purchasing several different kits across amazon and hardware stores I caught a lucky break, and so did my wallet. The material is cheap but durable and just as easy to install as the kit that came with the machine.

Works for a Toshiba RAC-PD1013CWRU. This is for my RV so I had to trim the edge to fit the window. I did have to remove the attachment between the unit and the original vent tube. To get it to fit in the curvature of my window, I did have to trim the edges but it was easy with a small hacksaw. The only issue I have is that the connection between the plates and the coupler seem week. They just slide and click together. Unfortunately it's not a strong click and can easily decouple. It also looks like a screw could be used to attach the coupler and the plates but they weren't included.

I am so glad I bought this. I thought I only needed the extension panel, then I realized it came with a couple of things I needed that the portable ac I bought didn’t come with.

This item does not fit as universal. My exhaust hose exit is 5.9 and the hose does not fit. It only comes with the hose and connector to the window and not a coupler to connect to the device itself. It states that the hose will twist into the device and that is not accurate. The instructions suck!! They are not clear to understand at all. I overnighted this and now I have to overnight the coupler that’s not included in the package. And I understand it doesn’t state in the description but when it says a window kit it should be all the pieces needed or state somewhere that you need to purchase another piece.

Overall a great product. I like that it has a slim outline (compared to the size of the outflow vent). All of the panels and mounting hardware fit together perfectly. Took about 5 minutes to get everything ready for installation. I am very happy with this item.
