I’m very confused. At first sight it appears to have great ratings. Why are most of the good reviews for other products, not the portable a/c?

That's a great catch. I wish I'd made the same observation. I made the purchase largely based on the ratings and the portable AC product is trash.

How about oscillating function？I don’t like being blown by the wind all the time.

❤ This personal fan has a rotation function of 90° left and right. You can also set the timing 2H-4H. This not only prevents the fan from blowing directly, but also saves electricity.❤
