## Description

Loctite Power Grab Express All-Purpose Interior Construction Adhesive is a premium quality, high strength, gap-filling adhesive with 0 second instant grab. This extremely high tack adhesive reduces the need for bracing with nails and screws in many DIY projects and repair jobs and is repositionable for 15 minutes with a cure time of 12hours. Power Grab Express All-Purpose dries white and bonds a variety of construction materials including: wood, drywall, plaster, ceramic, concrete, masonry, brick, foamboard, cork and vinyl cove base. Not recommended for use on mirrors, stainless steel, glass, or underwater areas, and one surface must be porous for secure application. This water-based adhesive has a very low odor, and uncured adhesive requires only soap and water to clean up. This makes it safe, easy to use and environmentally friendly. Loctite Power Grab Express All Purpose is also third party GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified and GREENGUARD Certified for Children and Schools.

Review: Perfect for little jobs - I needed adhesive to attach a retractable child gate. I did not want to screw into concrete and I tried gorilla glue heat sticks and was not enough adhesion. I used about 1/2 the tube on each rod (1 rod holds the retractable mesh gate and the other side has clips to attach mesh opens to a gate position). The cement does take about 6 hours to hold and dry & I need to tape it to set. Afterwards it stuck perfectly and after 2 months it has not moved with opening and closing the gate. It is solidly on with no movement and very durable so far. I used the remaining amount to use on a transition strip on the floor (this stick that you put when carpet ends & tile starts or tile to hardwood). The divider had been kicked off and I tried the glue above which didn't work after 1 week. This product worked quickly and easily and has not moved whatsoever in over 1 month. Very happy with it and will order again to attach a ring doorbell system. GREAT VALUE !
Review: Power Grab adhesive saved the day! - What a fantastic construction adhesive! It works by eliminating the need for nails and screws in many DIY (do-it-yourself) repair jobs. This is a water based, durable, high strength construction adhesive that dries, cures, and hardens solid in approximately 24-48 hours. There's hardly any smell to this Power Grab adhesive and it's very easy to use (see my photos of the packaging). I used this Power Grab to repair a towel rack in the bathroom. My son had pulled one side of the towel rack out from the wall trying to catch his balance. I noticed that the hanging side of the towel rack was only attached to drywall and not a stud. To get started: I wiped away any loose drywall and particles from the hole and the mounting hardware on the towel rack. I filled the hole and coated the mounting hardware on the towel rack with Power Grab. I then positioned my towel rack back into place by using a very tall tripod (in it's closed position) to support the towel rack until it dried, cured, and hardened. Instead of giving the Power Grab the approximate 24-48 hours to dry, cure and harden, I gave it 72 hours because I used a lot to fill a huge hole. After 72 hours, I checked on my towel rack and it was stable and securely attached to my bathroom wall; I couldn't be happier! This Power Grab adhesive saved the day and I definitely find value in it's purchase!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this be used for outdoor applications. Will it withstand hot/cold/wet weather?**
A: I bought this stuff. I used it inside to fix a few things. The tube is bigger than it looks in the picture. I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable using it outside. If your doing an outside project you should probably go for the construction adhesive in a tube the kind you would need a caulk gun for...like Liquid Nails...you may have a lot of left over waste but you need a product that's gonna stand up to all kinds of weather. Home Depot or Lowes any good hardware chain should have it.

**Q: can this be used to glue down carpet tile?**
A: Personally I used it for a bathroom wall tile & it's been a year and it's still there. I found this glue to work very well. It might be so good that it would be extremely hard to remove.

**Q: Can I use it on fabric**
A: Just tried (and failed) to bond Velcro backing to the polyester material on the headband of my noise-cancelling headset. Use a contact adhesive that states it bonds fabric.

**Q: how long to dry?**
A: Thank you for the question. Initial dry time is 24 hours. Most applications achieve full strength in 12 hours. Applications on low porosity surfaces may take 7 days or longer to achieve full strength.
