Very good product, no complaints. I love that you can fill up the pan to the brim and it bakes evenly then remove it very easily from the loose bottom.

Ottima tortiera. L'ho usata già 3 volte per fare il pan di spagna e tutte le volte è venuto perfetto. Distribuzione del calore ottima, antiaderenza spettacolare, non perde nulla dal fondo e si pulisce benissimo. Tutto questo a un prezzo più che onesto in rapporto alla qualità. Non l'ho ancora usata per torte a freddo con l'agar-agar o gelatina ma penso che funzionerà benissimo anche per quelle. Consigliatissima!

El molde llegó en buen estado y se nota de buena calidad. La base suelta facilita mucho el desmolde, permitiendo sacar la tarta sin romperla ni dañar los bordes. Lo he utilizado varias veces y el horneado es uniforme. El acabado es limpio y profesional, y el molde mantiene bien la forma sin deformarse. Además, se limpia con facilidad después de usarlo. En general, es un molde práctico, resistente y muy cómodo para hacer tartas con buen resultado. Una buena opción tanto para uso habitual como para ocasiones especiales.
