How large can the neck go? Im buying for my pitbull with a 20in neck woukd these fit her?

Son muy bonitos, muy suaves, lo más importante no pasa nada la humedad, lo de delante puede estar empapado, y por detrás está completamente seco, compré otro pack de otra marca y al momento está empapada la ropa. si que es verdad que al ser como un forrito polar, es gordito...
