Review: Groundbreaking Game, With Enhanced Graphics At A Phenomenal Price! - I played and loved each of the three BioShock games when they were initially released, but all on the XBOX 360. I still think of the game from time to time and have thought about pulling out my 360 copy to play when I learned of this set with the earlier games having updated graphics. I anticipated a high price for three complete games, including all single player DLC, but was pleasantly shocked to find it for sub-$20. The gameplay and story are incredible and if you have never played these games do yourself a favor and get this set now. The original BioShock reinvented the first person shooter genre with many of the innovations from this game now commonplace in FPS games. Be warned though, after playing such a strong story as the Bioshock games, you may find other FPSs a little mediocre. While the graphics in the original two games were great in their day, they would be a bit dated compared to more current games so the visual revamp in this edition makes Rapture appear even more stunning. The changes are similar to what was done in the Halo Master's Chief edition, where little was done to the gameplay but the visuals were updated to be more appealing on current systems. The gameplay is as great as I remembered and having the director's commentaries found in-game was a fun touch (you an find them and watch them from the main menu if you don't want to interrupt gameplay). A couple minor quibbles, but truly quibbles and nothing enough that I felt the need to drop stars. I have found that the original BioShock will occasionally crash out. This is not very common, maybe six times during my entire playthrough, but can be pretty frustrating if you have not recently saved. The games does allow you to save at almost anytime and I regularly save as part of my play and the crashes were pretty uncommon so not a major issue. A last quibble is that while the surround audio is really strong, sometimes you will hear someone distinctly to one side but there is no one there. Not a major hiccup, but I have had more than once that I spun around thinking someone was coming up behind me only to find there is no one in the room. All in all, whether you are returning to Rapture or visiting for the first time the games are incredible and worth getting this set. Having all of the DLC and updated graphics makes this a must have!
Review: Great remake and update - I remember playing BioShock trilogy on my Xbox 360 and having a blast! The storyline is engaging and holds up well even by today's standards. With the updated graphics, it looks better than ever, making the whole experience even more immersive. If you're a fan of BioShock series and want to enjoy it on your Xbox Series X, it's definitely worth purchasing. It's a great way to relive the fun while appreciating the improved visuals. Highly recommend it for both new players and longtime fans!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is bioshock scary**
A: Scary for a child, maybe, but this isn't a horror game. Some of the themes are very adult oriented, so I don't think it's intended for someone under the age of 10. Bioshock is a masterpiece by the way. One of the best games ever made.

**Q: If you have just 1 of the original games, do you get the whole bundle for free, or just the one you have. How does it work if you only get the one?**
A: This is a standalone collection of all 3 full games (and their DLC) remastered for the Xbox One. It doesn't require owning anything else.

**Q: Why don't prime members receive this the day it comes out?**
A: They are supposed to receive it same day as release and I preordered this almost same day that it was put up for pre-order. How ever according to my tracking the wear house did even receive the game till the day of release (9/13) so I received it the next day (9/14). This is the first time of my many pre-orders (games, dvd, manga) that I have not received it the same day as release. So it leads me to believe it has more to do with the game company's supply then Amazon's shipping.

**Q: I have amazon prime and was wondering if there was a reason its saying its not going to arrive on the release date or if that will be fixed?**
A: I've been a Prime member since Amz started it so maybe that's why I've always gotten my games on release date but recently I stopped pre-orders because the people that say it makes game distributors lazy are Right. It's like paying your car repair man before he starts the job. It makes him lazy."Ah, I already have his money I think I'll take the day off. " It's human nature to take advantage. Try to hold off even if it's a few days it helps everyone and let's face it for every Witcher 3 or Skyrim there are a thousand average games. 99% of the games are worth the hype. Learning patience puts YOU in the driver's seat. It makes them kiss our butts.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will Always Love this game!
*by B***K on July 22, 2020*

I'm a little bias so I don't know if you can take me at face value but I love this game. I always have and I will always recommend this game. 3 games in one is a good deal. Bioshock, great combination of horror and fps. The horror kind of fades once you start killing the big daddies, who are a challenge in EVERY game mode. I have 100%ed this game more than once and its always such a fun challenge. The story is so well done with all the hints leading to a great climax. Great villains. Take a moment and listen to what the NPCs say. It can be funny. Doable achievements. Bioshock 2: Recently 100% this. I didn't care much for the multiplayer this game originally came with but that's not on this version just all the DLC missions. I feel the story is a little weaker in this game, causing some plot holes I don't enjoy. However, the gameplay is really fun and adds some new elements to drive the game onward. In the original, there got to be a point where you were just OP and nothing could hurt you. In this game that's a bit harder to achieve. So there is that in the balancing. I enjoyed this and can definitely recommend it. Bioshock: Infinite Love this game. The melee combat is where its at and I freaking love it! I haven't 100%ed this yet but I'm working on it. That's all for now. BUY THIS!
