It the centerpiece of our home ! ### ⭐ Doesn't Work *by P***H on July 13, 2021* Unfortunately my installation location wasn't ready until after my return window had already expired. Once I installed the fireplace we loved the looks of it as well as all the media options, unfortunately the flames did not work and I am unable to return it at this point. I can't find any contact information for the manufacturer to find out if there is any warranty available or to even find if this is a common issue with an easy fix.
