I purchased this product because I have a genetic variant of the MTHF-R gene and lately have just been really exhausted and unable to process my thoughts in any productive way that I normally do. I had also been feeling some tingling in my fingers. I have a B-complex and some other vitamins but haven't been getting the relief that I was hoping for. I thought I might need some extra help processing folate due to my MTHF-R variant, so I tried these due to the HIGH levels of Methylfolate and Methylcobalamine. I've been using this product for about a month and this is EXACTLY what I needed. I'm better rested when I wake up, the tingling went away in my fingers, I'm no longer sluggish mid-day and my brain is starting to work again. Great product!

Great product and seem to help with motivation and depression… But later found out because I take a blood thinner. I can no longer take this product.

No huge sudden changes, you just slowly begin to feel locked in and on point with clarity while doing daily tasks. Love the calming mood effect. Definitely worth the purchase.

While I give this a 5 star review, I want to warn you that this is a high dose make sure you start at the low dose for an adult at 7.5mg I just realize this was high at 15mgi Will say one day of taking it and the ringing in my ears is gone so it’s helping my blood pressure quite quickly. I do like it more energy but this can be a honeymoon phase at the dose is quite high and my body may not be able to process all that out. So stay wise start low work up your dose unlike me. Hope this helps in your decision on dosage cause I was lost.
