Oracoat XyliMelts for Dry Mouth Relief with Xylitol 230 Count, Cinnamon

I have tried what I believe is all three flavors, cinnamon, slightly sweet, and mint. Slightly sweet is definitely my favorite for using while sleeping. Cinnamon and mint are both fine, but the slightly sweet is very mild and not overpowering when trying to sleep. Additionally, the cinnamon has an odd texture that I find distracting. I stick these to the roof of my mouth instead of the side as I feel it is more comfortable. The cinnamon feels very rough in my tongue where the sweet and mint feel very smooth. The cinnamon also dissolves much more rapidly than the other two. This is a great product, it works well and it sticks so well to the roof of my mouth that I do not worry at all about falling asleep with it in my mouth.

If you have dry mouth, particularly throughout the night, these work and the flavor is good. Was recommended to me by my dentist several years ago and I have used them several years. Contains Xylitol

The underlying product, the Oracoat Xylimelts, are amazing, I use the Slightly Sweet ones every night, as wearing my retainer gives me dry mouth at night. The cinnamon ones however, use real cinnamon, not an extract or something else to flavor them, so they leave little brown gritty speckles on your teeth as they dissolve. Not attractive or great feeling, and they taste very much like you put a pinch of ground cinnamon in your mouth. I much prefer the mint and sweet flavors, and I continue to buy them. The mint ones are lightly mint flavored, not overpowering, and the Slightly sweet ones are my favorite, and are exactly what they sound like, no particular flavoring, just a slight sweetness. My dentist also says my oral health has improved since using these every night, as saliva is very important to your oral health, and the xylitol in these is a proven cavity prevention product.

Great product I get all the time for my Dry Mouth symptoms, especially at night before bed.

My overnight mouthguard forces my mouth open at night, so I end up with horrible dry mouth in the morning. These melts are great for using overnight because they stick really well and actually last all night. What I don't like about the cinnamon ones (not an issue with the mint, which I strongly prefer) is that you wake up with brown residue where the thing was placed (cinnamon being brown and all). I worry that this may stain my teeth over time, and it's kind of gross to rinse your mouth in the morning and have brown sludge come out. The flavor is okay, but I really do like the mint better, and it leaves no residue. Overall an excellent product thought - fulfills a need I never imagined I'd have....

Do not purchase the cinnamon flavored. They are gritty. They dissolve different than the mint flavored. They irritate your gums and leave a terrible brown film in your mouth. I would advise buying this.

I recently got a cpap machine. It was drying my mouth out to the point that I couldn't swallow when I took the mask off. My dr recommended these discs. I stick one on my tooth every night. They work like magic. No more dry mouth. One doesn't last all night so I have to put in another one. But this is still worth it to me. These are not for any pain relief. So if that's what you're looking for then keep going. Will purchase these again. Will recommend to anyone.
