Yes, Smith's produces replacement carbides for their sharpeners. I believe the item number you need is C10013 that works for both Smith's 50185 and 50364.It is available in our store.

Possibly. Bread knife is likely serrated so unsure. Please be aware this did ruin my favorite pair of discontinued scissors so if it’s a knife you value, I wouldn’t risk it.
