Costumer Don’t Skip the Tray! A Helpful Lesson & Amazing Support
I originally purchased two Bentgo Glass Salad Containers in April 2026, and I was very happy with them. Yesterday, one of the locking clips broke, just like some other reviewers mentioned. I have to admit that I tried using the container without the removable toppings/dressing tray. However, it really isn’t designed to be used that way. The lid doesn’t close properly without the tray, and trying to latch it only puts extra stress on the locking clips. I wouldn’t recommend anyone try it. After contacting customer service, I learned that the tray should always be placed back inside before closing the lid. Looking back, I believe that trying to close it without the tray is what caused the clip to break. What truly impressed me was the customer service. They responded to my email almost immediately, followed up quickly, and—what impressed me the most—a replacement arrived the very next day after I submitted my ticket. Wow! 🤩 A company is defined not only by its products, but by how it stands behind them. Bentgo exceeded my expectations, and I’m 100% satisfied with their customer service. I would absolutely buy from them again

Solid glass, functional top
This is a good item. It’s slightly heavier than plastic, of course. But I love being able to transport my food and some thing that I don’t have to be worried about in terms of plastic and if I warm it up at work in the microwave, then I just have glass which is an excellent option. The containers on the top or wonderful when I make a salad if I want to have a Fresh for a few hours I put the ingredients there and mix it with the greens just before I eat.
