It heats quickly and cleanup is so easy. If you ever watch Japanese drama then you know that every Japanese own one of this in there house. This pan is also great for melting sweet, I use it to melt marshmallows to make nougat candy and it won’t stick at all. I will suggest you not to use it to sautéed anything on high heat, cause stainless steel will stain and will take some scrubbing to get the burn mark out.
