While moving my initial collection of several terabytes, it did feel slow, but that's just the nature of moving large amounts of data. I recently picked up the Seagate One Touch 8TB HDD, and honestly, I’m really happy with it. Transferring my 1.25TB of data from a WD Passport was smooth, I was consistently getting around 144 MB/s, which is solid for a high‑capacity external drive.The build quality feels premium. It has a sturdy design with a nice finish that doesn’t look cheap at all. It’s compact for the storage it offers, and it fits well into my desk setup without feeling bulky. Performance has been reliable so far no heating issues, no random disconnects, just steady transfers. It’s clearly built for long‑term use, and I feel confident using it as my main backup drive. Setup was plug‑and‑play, super easy. Seagate’s software adds extra backup options, but even without that, the drive works flawlessly.

Worth the money. This hard disk is working well for me. The storage capacity is good. But the only flaw is that it is sensitive. It fell off from my table, and got damaged. Luckily, I had warranty, so I got a new one. Hard disk is good, but don't expect it to be strong.

The hard drive is excellent. Very compact in size, it can be carried anywhere. It looks sleek and very premium. Very versatile. Worth the purchase. Every penny well spent.

Suddenly stopped working, with beeping sound the customer support is great but have to send it to netherlands for repairs and if they give you new you have to pay gst/taxes for it.

Awesome Hard Drive. Easy to Carry, Small Enough & Reliable. Purchased it in 2023 for 5.5K, Now its almost 14K.

Bad defective product. Most of the time the drive doesn't connect. On some lucky days when it connects, the transfer speed is pathetic. Besides, no C port .. hence you need another connector to pair with Mac. Bad decision to buy a Seagate product
