**Q: Mine didn’t come with a key? Is it hidden somewhere?**
A: Dear customer, the password lock has no key. The initial password is 0-0-0. There has instruction for the use of the password lock in the luggage compartment. Thank you for your understanding and support.

**Q: Is this hard shell is made aluminum alloy or only bumper is  aluminum alloy?**
A: All aluminum. Seems well made!

**Q: What are the interior dimensions, I need to fit a computer that is 13.64 x 16.75 x 4.75" (34.65 x 42.55 x 12.07 cm) without interference**
A: The width is 13 inches which makes it questionable.  But length is 18 1/2 and thickness is 6 inches.  I think it might fit if the computer is on an angle.
