I highly recommend these and will buy them repeatedly. Store them in your car in case you ever break down In the cold, bring them camping, bring them to outdoor music festivals. I have brought them to rave festivals and when my air mattress was freezing cold (bad idea sleeping on an air mattress directly on cold ground, horrible insulation) this kept me warm enough to sleep! It really does last all night long- I just kept it in my bra and it was perfect. I took them out to the shows at night to stay warm too. These are much warmer and longer lasting than the small hand warmers which I am not really a fan of. They can get HOT though- to the point that when freshly opened and shaken up it can hurt to have against bare skin for too long. The more you shake the hotter it gets. Through the night if it gets cold just shake it up again!

We went skiing in Canada, and it was absolutely freezing, so we used these inside our coats and near our toes, and they worked great. The quality was excellent, and they stayed warm for a really long time. Everyone in the family loved them, from the kids to the adults. They made a huge difference during our ski trip. Definitely buying these again! Very useful. Perfect size. Light weight. No adhesion.
