So far so very excellent! Have been using this for a few months now and the purifier is very convenient. Both hot and cold water features work efficiently. The tap on the left is brilliant as I can fill my water bottles fast without having to wait. The pre recorded voice notifications felt annoying in the beginning but are very usefull if you are busy with your work. You won't need to go back to the purifier to check the status as it annouces quite prominently. The installation service is something the company needs to work on. I suggest you speak to the installation person and give him an idea about the place where you plan to install this in your home. I had to call my local plumber cum electrician to properly install this unit again using the sturdy hanger clamp that company provides out of the box.

Hot and cold water is good, water taste is not good

Writing this review after using the product for 2 months. Very happy with the purchase. Value for money. With in the range of 13k it provides Hot, Cold and Normal water, With capacity of 9L(includes 2L for Hot water tank). Received the product in good condition. Box pack contain all accessories like pipe, 1/2 inch to 1/4 inch converter, ball valve to control water flow and a weight for waste water dispenser along with the purifier. Water TDS in our apartment is around 600-800(after water softener), with BePure purifier it came down to 35 TDS. Water tastes sweet after purification. Waste water TDS was around 750-950. Company claims it can purify water with TDS up to level of 3000. Other purifier in the same price range can purify water with TDS of not more than 900.
