I felt I needed a dishwasher as none of the Ms. Washers I engaged to wash my dishes could do the basic things like turning up on time and clean the dishes the way they should have been cleaned. It was a generational suffering. We knew only one way to get this job done.... manual. Then I broached the topic of a dishwasher. The outcome was I was discouraged to no end. I was told this toy isn't for Indian dishes. I held my ground. I researched for months and then put my foot down. I decided for bosch and ordered the dishwasher. As it was delivered all the he'll broke loose. I was the lone vote in favour in a family of six. Then dishwasher was installed and started working. Opponents started turning skeptics and lo and behold within few days skeptics became faithful. Dishwasher won and all the myths about its non performance were busted. Now the Ms. Dishwasher has been given the work of deep cleaning of bathroom tiles and kitchen so that replacement of low skill job doesn't lead to forced unemployment. My kitchen is always clean now and dishes are no worries. Now the objective good and bad of Bosch dishwasher. 1. Good- Bosch machine has lived upto expectation so far. I am writing this review after almost a month of use of this 14 places dishwasher. It's so quiet that one has to look for sound to know whether it has started or not. It sparkles up the steel, glass and plastic except for really poor quality plastics. I ended up washing all the containers in the kitchen in this machine along with utensils. Bad- I think the over all quality of this machine in terms of material used and fitting of rackes still has scope for improvement. For example, after installation I found that a roller of top tray has broken. It was quite a surprise for me. Even Chinese toys have better plastic than that. But it was replaced at no cost on me after my complaint. Similarly the middle basket is a bit loose on one side as the grip of a holder is loose which leads to tilting of tray on one side. Although that hasn't caused any functional problem till now. Operating costs- Dishwasher is for sure a more costly affair than manual cleaning as detergent has to be filled every time you run it and Shine liquid is to be filled about once after ten to twelve washes. Both cost about Rs. 800 per month. Electricity consumption is separate which I am not aware of as my monthly Electricity bill post dishwasher installation is yet to arrive. Limitations- iron kadhai, iron tawa, aluminum pressure cookers, copper, bronze, silver cannot be washed in this dishwasher. Overall - It's a must have machine in every home.

Expensive but worth it no headache for utensils cleaning stainless steel and glass product are very good working....

I am very disappointed with this (Bosch) dishwasher company’s service. After the delivery of the machine, I expected at least basic installation support within a reasonable timeframe. However, it has now been 15 days, and no one has contacted me or shown up for installation. Customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful whenever I tried to follow up. Buying a dishwasher is supposed to make life easier, but this experience has been frustrating and inconvenient instead. A product like this is practically unusable without proper installation, and the company seems to have no urgency or accountability. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company if they cannot provide timely post-delivery support. Poor service like this completely undermines the overall customer experience.

The Dishwasher is very good .. easy to use.. the deaning is good . But Need to be careful with Open Box delivery .. the Delivery people hurry in sharing the OTP.. My experince did not full chack the prodcut for physical damage but foud later ther is a dent in the panel and the prodcut cannot be replaced

Game changer for daily work

This is one of those things that makes so much sense once you start using it and you regret not getting it earlier. - I use it on half cycle and even then washing quality is really good and have had no complains. - I don't use tablets but separate salt, rinse liquid and detergent. Using finish and fortune brands for the same and performance is same as bosch branded accessories. - You don't need to rinse your utensils and the pressure wash takes care of the deep stains. - Moveable middle tray allows washing taller utensils as well, as long as they don't block the rotating jet. Cons: - the slots for the smaller plates are not designed and spaced correctly for our usual indian utensils. So some learning curve w.r.t how to pack right. - Even the quickest wash takes 1.2 hours. There is no setting to just wash half a load for maybe just the lower most basket. As long as you learn to keep the utensils properly, you will be happy with it.
