I was a bit concerned because it wasn't new, although it was listed as "like new" and it truly is. With the orchestra playing a supportive rather than primary role, it's very calming and just what I was looking for. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relaxation *by G***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 26, 2013* I received the item two days later, excellent package. I listen to the CD and I do not know exactly what to think about, I cannot relax too deep with the electrical piano sounds, but the last 4 tracks, with ocean waves and less piano were much better for relaxation. I was very stressed when I decided to put the head phones on my leg, and let the loud sounds from this CD to get into my body while I was sleeping. Seven days later, after using it on my leg a few time per night, and one time per day, I became very careless with regards to the problems I had in my life. If you want to survive in this life and this environment, with all the negative energies that attack you all the time one way on another, this is the best calming remedy. In seven day I came to the point when I have sent to the garbage can everything. You need to be careless in order to survive. This is the only way to become another person completely. You will not give a dime on anything around you. Do not let the negative energies to send you to the doctors. Become a careless person, and you will escape from this world. It is not a drug, it has only one side effect; carelessness. Believe me, whenever I have the feeling of being stressed, I use it for two days, and I do not care about anyting. I was waiting in a car & played this where it quickly put me into a very neat sleep. I usually can't do that taking a break so found it interesting & soothing. I feel this music helps you relax significantly. My son likes it also, who has autism, adhd, & cerebral brain impairment. Helps you go to a restful place at night, so I play this album on a loop all night long with a speaker centered behind my head on a little shelf there. Really well done.I think a lot more is necessary these days for head misery, things that just overwhelm you. So, really effective hemi-sync recordings are sought out for real calming, even calming hypnosis for soul travel or visualization skills are sought out now. Anything really, truly effective in these areas, I'm looking for. If anyone hears of anything like this that really works, please let me know.
