I get horrible heat sickness every summer. Now I buy one of these collars and an extra ice pack each year and they work miracles. While wearing these I can work outside or hang out in the sun for hours without getting miserable. They re-cool in a fridge, freezer, or even ice chest before the next one has melted enough to need replacing. They look like you’re wearing a neck brace, but any friends who teased me changed they’re kinda as soon as they tried them. They don’t usually last to be reused the next year, but I get plenty of use out of them to make it worth the money. ### ⭐ Deceptive Product Description *by M***K on September 9, 2019* This review is not about the product.. it is great I own one use it to keep cool in the desert heat. This seller is using the wrong photo which led me to buy this. The photo clearly shows a two ice packs and the support collar. However what you get is a single ice pack.
