We bought the tablet for our sons celebration. Upon opening it it was apparent that it had been damaged in shipping . It was a tiny crack so we figured we would avoid the hassle of returning it. Within 72hrs of minimal use, the crack spread and you couldn’t see the screen any longer so we were forced to do the dreaded return... Mich to our surprise the seller was amazing!! We literally had a new tablet to replace the damaged one within 24hours of letting them know what happened! There was no waiting or back and forth, no hassle , just amazing low interaction return! The new tablet is AMAZING! It wasn’t damaged at all and works wonderfully. I give this tablet a 10 for its ease of access and capabilities. It’s very fast and loads multiple apps simultaneously with ease. I give the sellers a 20 out of 10!! They handled what could I’ve been a terrible and time consuming issue with grace and ease and excellent customer service!

I like this tablet because I can pop my chip in and make calls. What I dislike it shuts down way too often while Im using it,it shut off and power back on,without me touching it.even though it does, I still don't want to give a bad review .I reset to factory setting, it still didn't resolve my issue

Bought this for my daughter and she really liked it at first. We realized shortly after that it does not download a lot of games because it doesn't have the ability too and its very slow with loading. Then 2 months into using it the spot you stick the charger in started having issues. We thought it was the cord so we bought a new one but it still had issues charging. Now it won't even charge at all due to whatever is wrong with the charging area. Also it has to have a micro usb charging cord, doesnt use a type C like everything else so a little more hard to find. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

This is a GREAT value for the money. The touch and feel of the product feels very professional, very well made. It is lightning fast in terms of its processor and does everything you ask for. While being used primarily to watch Netflix, it invites you to do other things, such as use it like a camera (excellent photos, by the way), as a game pad (with so many games at the android store, this is almost a given), and even as a word processor and spreadsheet. I cannot stressed enough the look and feel of the product. I really like it. Doesn’t look like a $100 dollars android tablet.

The overall quality superseded my expectations. Very well built, clean camera pics, ample storage space, search speed is on par and graphic is of great quality. My only dislike is that its not reading the sim cards....still troubleshooting to ensure that is not a problem with the cards in my country (Trinidad and Tobago). It really broke my heart when it fell and the screen cracked. :(
