Sent back to Teva and they replaced them. 2nd pair has done the same thing after less than a year. Have worn Teva shoes for 10 years or more. Pricey but have lasted. Don't think they are making in the USA anymore. Quality has suffered, in my experience. **Q: I wear a 10.5. should I order the 10 or the 11? ( I know it's a dumb question)** A: Not a dumb question at all. I usually wear 10.5 shoes and have a wider than average foot, but found that Teva 10's fit me perfectly. I recently bought these in a 10 and they fit great. **Q: I have very high arches. Will these accommodate this foot type?** A: I have a very high arch, a high instep, and a very wide foot.
