He has been ever since he introduced the Sitar and India-inspired songs to the roster. Of all four, he’s the most knowledgeable guitarist and his songs after the group disbanded are my faves. This isn’t the book you read through like w novel, this is the book you keep on your coffee table or nightstand to savor! The begging is a little bio of sorts, then we go into some stellar photos but the best part is the stories about his songs! I had no idea Savoy Truffle was inspired by Eric Clapron’s bad tooth and a box of chocolates!
