I use about 10 drops, rather than the recommended dropperfull. I sometimes combine with California poppy, and have been happy with the results. The taste is very strong and quite bitter, I add to a small amount of water and drink quick. Highly recommended, and Herb Pharm is my favorite brand for tinctures. Perhaps with a drop of lavender or citrus to even out the smell?** A: You might want to check you manual for the vaporizer. Mine takes these little pads. If so, only place one drop. The olfactories (spelling?) of the nos, can be damaged if you smell too long put essential oils. So be careful. A little goes a long way **Q: I am enjoying this product. However, I cannot ascertain the expiration date. What is the expiration date?** A: This is a great product. I have fibro and it works wonders. Looking for the expiration date on this one was tough.
