Better to buy the soap and a spray bottle **Q: Rubio Monocoat soap requires that you rinse afterwards. Why doesn’t this require rinsing? Thank you.** A: I can’t answer technically for the manufacturer but I use this on my oak counter top which is sealed with Monocoat. A very small amount of product is mixed in the spray bottle with water. Spraying on the counter and wiping down restores the finish appearance and helps remove minor debris. It feels dry afterwards and doesn’t leave residue. **Q: Can this be used for cleaning / wiping down walnut counters or is it best to use the soap?** A: This is the soap with a spray bottle **Q: Does this require rinsing? Thank you.** A: No rinsing required HOWEVER it does need to be buffed and wiped VERY thoroughly.
