Fixed tachometer problems
I bought this along with all the other necessary parts to rebuild my dizzy as I was having issues with the tachometer not reading accurately. Be very very careful when removing and installing the distributer. They say its 3 bolts but you really need to take the valve cover off and then remove the two bolts on the head / rocker assembly that hold the dizzy in place. This will make for easy insertion and removal. Also make sure that you set cylinder 1 to TDC and when you reinstall the dizzy you will notice a set of lines on the key and the dizzy itself. Line them up before insertion to guarantee you will be in time. Also replace O ring for good measure. force nothing because you can def snap off the end of the camshaft. (I did once) Been driving on it for 4-6 months and no issues.

Should come with bolts.
Bought the ignition module for my 96 civic d16y7 1.6l non vtech.The ignition module fit this vehicle but will require longer bolts due to part design.Look at pictures bought bolt at home depot.

my 95 civic kept randomly stalling and hard starting when hot. this fixed it and its been working since then
