Hey, only one word to describe this jib and the company that makes it. EXCELLENT!!! To say they take care of their customers is an understatement. I had a mix up with my shipment and as soon as I reached out to them and told them my issue, in less than 3 days, they rectified the matter and I received new shipment. Wow! And I used this Jib on a short film the very next day. Beautiful product and well made. Solid and feel good when you handle it. Steady and smooth movement. I have no complaints here.
