Don't buy this if you have a job to do.
Usually, I review a product with all it's pros and cons and try to feel how many stars to give it. I really wanted to like this product. I tried for a whole month but it is just not working out. The firmware on this keyboard makes it just unusable for me and I really can't get any work done with this thing. Pros: The device itself is a thing of beauty: Solid weight, CNC aluminum body, metal back plate, Everything anodized or powder coated... chamfered and chromed edges... the whole 9 yards. It feels so good to hold it in my hands. How should I describe it? Glorious. It feels glorious to hold it and install switches and keycaps on it. The sound while typing is amazing too. Just right. Another huge win is that it accepts all 3 pin cherry style mechanical switches: Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu and many more. This is the real reason why I bought this product. All Cons from here on: What happened to the firmware and software? Maybe they ran out of money and did not have the budget to make proper firmware for it. Maybe, they outsourced it. Maybe they were taking some strong substances. End of the day, the firmware, LEDs and absurd key combinations make this just unusable. I can live with the FN + IJKL for arrow keys since my Vortex Pok3r from 2014 had it. I just cannot fathom the Fn + ' for delete. Why not Fn + Backspace or Fn + \? Aren't those more logical? I even used the software to program the right ctrl key to delete, but it is still out of the way to be of any use. The rest of the key combinations to control the LEDs are just un-intutive and I cannot memorize them. I should not have to. The LEDs are also very dim to help with working at night. Fn + W = Brightness +. Fn + S Brightness -. More like Dim, Dimmer and Dimmest. I have to squint if I need to see the keys with the lights off. I paired this with the Razer PBT keycaps by the way. They are designed for North Facing LEDs. I even tried another set of keycaps from Tecware. Same thing. Fn + \ seems to light up only the WASD keys and some others. Most of the time I just ended up with Fn + R to reset it to undo what I accidentally did. And what is it with that horrendous caps lock led? Why is it shining Red all the time when the caps lock is off? Why is it off when the CAPS lock is on? The first time, I rebooted my computer a few times thinking something is wrong. No. This is default. Absolutely unacceptable. It took me a whole day to accept that this was the default. Even then I found myself constantly turn on and off caps lock while typing scripts, or during IMs. When I really needed to get things done, I had to set this aside and grab my trusty rusty POK3R or even the really cheap Eyooso, which is far more usable than this. GMMK: I really need to know. What were you guys thinking and drinking or snorting or whatever? Can I get a sample of it please? It must be really good.

caps LED stuck on :/
For some reason the capslock light is inverted and searching online to find a fix reveals just about nothing. So I guess I'll cover it up with something but I'm still annoyed.

super low cost hot-swap barebones, but has many issues
the price during this year BF and holiday sales made it difficult to pass up ($15-18 range), but there must be a reason why these were priced so low... i went through 4 units just to keep 1 due to the following issues: * the top plate/positioning plate and the inner PCB had screws that were insanely tight * the inner PCB has 4 holes for 4 screws, but ALL four units i went through were missing 1 or 2 screws * due to the aforementioned tight screws on the top plate, the top plate itself was deformed at certain spots, causing switches not to sit properly * how to install switches at the deformed spots? loosen the PCB from the inside to widen the gap, install switch, carefuly tighten inner PCB screw * the CAPSLOCK indicator lights on when capslock is OFF; this issue has been reported multiple times on reddit with no fix in sight some positives: * it was super cheap and fun to build a 60% size, if that is what you're looking for * it works (except for reverse capslock light)

Great option for people looking to build a keyboard
This is a very solid keyboard. The weight combined with the flip out feet of the keyboard keep it from moving while gaming and typing. The brightness is good enough to shine from under my non rgb key caps so i could only imagine how good it would look on the putting key caps from glorious. There is no flex and it even has foam in the case stock for sound dampining. The one and only thing i would complain about is the stablizers. They rattle even when lubed and band-aided. Overall a fantastic option for people who want a more custom keyboard.

Love it~
I just recently got into keyboard modding, and having something this modular and accessible at this price point is fantastic! Build quality is great for the price! It's got a decent weight to it, and overall just a lot better feel than the other hotswap/budget mechanical keyboards at this price point. My main keyboard is the DROP CTRL High Profile, but only because I bought the lilac aluminum case and I just love purple. (Dw Glorious, I've already placed my reservation for the GMMK Pro) I love finding excuses to use this lil thing! I've modded the stabs/stabilizers and slapped on some Ink Black v2s and it's buuuutteerrry. Acoustics is nice too! Overall, great package for what I paid for! Already ordered another to mod for my friend's birthday. :D

Nice compact keyboard for someone with switches and caps already
There's nothing wrong with this board, it's small and works perfectly. However for gaming I personally cant recommend it at all due to how small it is ironically and you lose function with this form factor. (I know the FN thing is around, but it makes arrow keys harder to use and you lose fast Function keys as well) if you are planning on gaming with a smaller board I'd recommend the TKL or even the 75% PRO version from GMMK if it has to be this brand as you keep the arrows and the F keys and the 75% cuts off most of the keys that aren't used by gamers yet allowing the F keys and the arrows to be retained

Great hotswappable 60%
Great board for the money, the ability to swap out switches is incredibly useful. The top is aluminum but the base of the board is still plastic. Stabilizers are decent but if you wanna change em make sure to grab plate mount stabs. The only real negative is it only accepts 3 pin switches so a lot of the boutique switches you’ll end up having to cut the other 2 legs off flush.

Glorious FTW!
This keyboard is probably one of the best hotswappable boards on the market. It features USB type C connectivity and an overall sleek design. Plus, the board has a nice weight to it which further increases the overall sturdiness of the board. Multiple different lighting effects are available too. Considering there is no function keys (f1-12,) they are integrated nicely with easy hot key orders. Additionally, this board is 3 pin hotswappable, perfect for a variety of key switches. I used Kalih Box Reds and they sound great in combination with this new board.

3 pin budget barebone: good value for $57ish when it was discounted
I typically don't get 3 pin barebones boards because they aren't compatible with most of my 5 pin switches. I did have some 3 pin switches from other mechanical keyboards that I bought and swapped out; I also had extra keycaps from other sets that I bought (but they don't reflect the actual keys, which makes this a touch type keyboard). Anyways for the price of $57 at the time, it was hard to pass up on for this weird build I had in mind with the extra parts. The stabilizers do have a fair bit of rattling/ticking do it and they are plate mounted, so you should probably do some modding. Not sure if these can take the pcb mounted stabilizers, but might be worth upgrading to. I did the dielectric grease on the wire ends, lube the housing with krytox 205, and the holee bandage mod (this one is non negotiable for addressing rattling), but I wasn't able to completely get rid of the rattle/ticking. I've heard other's say the stabilizers on this board isn't the greatest, and I do agree as my other boards seem to not have any rattle after modding. Another thing of note is that everytime i try to take off keycaps off switches, the switches come with the board quite easily. I had this happen to a renewed GMMK 2 board that I ended up returning, but was surprised to see it happen to this new board as well. Is it worth returning this time? No, I got this for quite cheap and I'm using cheap switches that came from other prebuilt keyboards and extra keycaps anyways, so you could say I don't mind it at all. Edit: Glorious reached out not too long ago about my issue with the rattling stabilizers and they have been gracious to make the situation right. I have updated the review to 5 stars for the customer service I received to reflect that.

I was pleased to find out that I can use my Razer keys on it.
