Slime is awful
My boys love these but the slime (lava) was awful and got on everything. It wasnโt a slime you could keep or play with, it was too sticky and had to be washed off everything.

A 6 Year Oldโs Enthusiastic Review
My six year old requested to write this review because he cautiously purchased this (with the money he had saved up from doing chores) despite some of the negative reviews. Hereโs what heโd like to sayโฆโThe building (of the character) went great, there were no missing pieces. Even when I played with it, it didnโt break. I would buy it again with my own moneyโ

Reinforced my cool aunt status
I bought 2 of these for my nephews. They loved them. They immediately got to work on them and had a great time. They said they would love another one to see what they would get.

Cool concept but poor execution
Iโve got a few of these for my kids now and they are huge Fans of all the treasure x toys. They love these too but I personally donโt think they have the same value. The concept is cool: dig into a Minecraft block with a sword/pickaxe and unearth the slime or sand. And inside is a character that you put together using a water-activated glue. The issues that I have are that the figures donโt move at all after assembly. This is in contrast to all other treasure x figures that have moveable arms or legs. The other thing is that the glue (the hearts activated by water) donโt really hold the figuresโs components together. I typically have to go over it again with superglue to get them to stay. Other than that, the styling and the excitement are both fun. Just not the same level as other sets.
