Very good
Very good. Holds back the burn to help squeeze a couple more reps, and recovery between sets is fast. The under-skin tingle is a bit uncomfortable but soon passes. The small bag and scoop is fiddly. But 5 stars for the contents. I take 2 gram (half scoop) 30 minutes before workout, and 2 gram roughly an hour after workout. I don't use it on rest days.

Strange tingling sensation
Not sure if it was me having a strange reaction to the substance itself, but this gave me a really strange tingling sensation throughout the body. Used it a few times and then stopped as it didn't feel right.

After buying this I will never go back to capsules/pills again you save so much money by buying the powder. It has no taste so mixing with plain water is fine

The effect comes after a short time. Marked tingling throughout the body. It is of course difficult to judge whether the training is more successful as a result. I mix this and other products into my own pre workout shake. Will buy again Thanks alot guys... keep going xxx
