However when I received it, there were no instructions and I couldn't figure it out. I was ready to return it when I got a request for feedback and there were very clear instructions in that email. At that point I was able to use it properly. What a shame I had to wait until I was ready to return it before I found out how to use it. My iphone started displaying the old "Unsupported Device" message upon plugging it in.
