Smartseal Block Paving Sealer - Polyurethane (Ultra Durable) Application Guide; Ensure that Block Paving is completely cleaned from dirt, grime & debris. Once Block Paving has had 3-4 dry days after cleaning, with at least 8 hours no rain forecast you can begin. Apply two coats of Block Paving Sealer onto the surface with a roller or squeegee.
