Very Nice for family campfires
I recently had the pleasure of using Pine Mountain Fire Logs, and they have truly transformed my fireplace experience. From the moment I unwrapped the first log, I could tell these were a cut above the rest. The packaging is convenient and easy to handle, ensuring that you don't end up with a mess before even starting your fire. Once lit, the Pine Mountain Fire Logs exceeded all my expectations. They ignited quickly and produced a strong, steady flame that added a warm and inviting ambiance to my living room. Unlike traditional wood logs, these fire logs burned evenly and consistently, eliminating the need for constant tending and adjustment. This allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the fire without the usual hassle. One of the standout features of Pine Mountain Fire Logs is their impressive burn time. Each log provided hours of consistent heat, making them perfect for long, cozy evenings. Additionally, they produce minimal smoke and ash, which means a cleaner burn and less post-fire cleanup. This is a significant benefit for anyone who loves the convenience of a hassle-free fire. What I appreciate most about these fire logs is their eco-friendly composition. Made from renewable resources and designed to burn more efficiently than traditional wood, they align perfectly with my desire to make environmentally conscious choices without sacrificing performance. In summary, Pine Mountain Fire Logs offer an exceptional fire experience. Their easy lighting, long-lasting burn, and clean performance make them an excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their fireplace or outdoor fire pit moments. I highly recommend them for their quality, convenience, and environmental benefits.

The Winner Over ...
... those OTHER logs, and I'm a convert. I need some help with my fire game and zero shade for using something that's ready with sufficient accelerant ... but I want something that doesn't smell like I'm committing arson. These are well-treated, catch and burn really well, and are low-smoke and far less potent-smelling than the others. I also like the cost break, because another brand's price point was ... a little awe-inspiring.

Easy to light and last a long time
The logs are very easy to light and look great when they are burning. They don't provide much if any warm unless you sit right next to them while they're burning, but I don't burn them for warmth - especially in the summer! They usually last around three hours until they burn out (advertised to last two) so they are worth the money. I will say that they smoke a fair amount when they first get going but burn pretty clean after they are fully lit. I use these outside in a fire pit so can't talk to how they'd work inside.

Pine Mountain 1.5 hour logs
These logs light and burn as advertised. I lit with a normal cigar lighter per instructions, no issue. The log was burning within 3 minutes and burned great for more than 2 hours. There is no significant smoke to mention and no offensive order. After 2 hours the logs continue to burn and now they are smoking significantly but the blame is no longer suitable for heating. I definitely recommend. PS. I used an aluminum chiminea and believe that on a cold night you would need to burn 2 logs the same time to get a decent heat level.

Exactly as described
I used one for a test run on our new bbq/firepit. I only lit one, with a lighter, in the three places it said to. It lit right up, got the 3 small wood sticks and the chunk of hickory blazing. The one log lasted 2.5 hours lit, smoldered for an other 30-45 mins (the temperature had dropped to 28 degrees that evening, so we continued to watch it on and off from the dining room until we called it a night and threw so sand on the log bits to be absolutely sure there was nothing smoldering. Over all I learned, if I want to use it to cook with, plan out and prep the day before. Make my fire then wait 2 hours for the fire to burn down to coals, cook said meal. By the time it has been plated, eaten, laughter dies down from teen silliness, it will be ready to snuff whatever embers by the time the dishes are completed. There was very low crackling, or maybe 3 tiny flyways, but it was becoming pretty windy by the time two and a half hours had gone by. Over all I am pleased with the product, and I will be using it for our next bbq on the deck.

Great Value, Long Lasting
For fifteen dollars prime, these were a great value. The logs are tiny compared to your average Duraflame, but last more than the advertised 2 hours. In fact, they seemed to last longer than the case I purchased at the local warehouse with a 3 hour life. Though small, the logs are nice and provide a good fireplace experience. Can’t beat the price I paid. If they are back in stock, I plan on getting more. One disclaimer: after the fire is put, the ashes stink more than Duraflame and was very noticeable. I had to vacuum it out promptly after it cooled.

Work ok but are smelly
I love the convenience, but had one instance where the log wouldn’t burn. Though that was only one out of about 5 burned. The reason we might not buy them again is they seem to smell worse than duraflame logs. I don’t expect them to smell like a wood fire, but these can be very chemical (or something) smelling.
