There's a hole in the soft case. What is it for? Would the raised circle on the hard case scratch the phone because of the opening in the soft case?

The holes in the plastic and silicone covers are for the camera lens, flash, etc 3rd Ottobox that l’ve owned. No issues with scratches on the phone anywhere, if I apply a glass screen protector. With IPhone 13, you can buy a ‘camera lens’ glass protector for the back of the iPhone

How thick is the commuter? How much depth will it add to an iPhone 13

I Typo’d the thickness in my previous response. Meant to write thickness 15/32”. Not 15/16”. The outside dim of my commuter case with iph13 in it measures 6” L x 3” W x 15/32” thick.

Will this case fit the iPhone 14 6.1” diagonal like other Otterbox commuter cases?

Great question! This Commuter Series case will not be compatible with the iPhone 14. While we're able to design the new iPhone 14 cases to be backwards compatible with the iPhone 13 device, the iPhone 13 cases will not be forwards compatible with the new iPhone 14 device.

Why doesn’t it fit my 13 Pro?????

This case is for the iPhone 13. OtterBox offers an iPhone 13 Pro version of this case here: https://amzn.to/3J9HYIR
