I have been exposed to individuals that have been sick and I take Dr. Valerie Nelson Wellness Booster and it has worked like a dream. It contains echinacea; elderberry; astragulus; olive leaf; dandelion; burdock and goldenseal which I know are so good for increasing immunity especially with what is going on in the world today. Based on her recommendation, I am adding the Quercetin to my daily regimen (1 per day for maintenance) and 3 per day if I am around anyone who is sick to keep my immune system very strong. If you have symptoms, she recommends bumping up the amount to 9/day and it usually will kick out stuff really quickly or at least prevent it from becoming more serious. I also take her Vitamin D.
