second try at new ironing board - GLAD i got this one. VERY solid & sturdy - heavy (not too) weight so its stable. I keep mine set up as I iron every day - (quilter) - came with a dark cover which I don't care for but not a reason to not order. ALSO packaged well so was not bumped around in box. Strongly recomend. BUT WISH IT HAD SHELF BELOW TO HOLD ITEMS.

The most sturdy and height appropriate I have ever used. I am 6’5” tall so great for me. My wife is 5’5” tall and adjust to fit her as well. It is heavy so be prepared for that.

Sturdily built with quality materials. Adjustable height. Much heavier than ironing boards I have used in the past which is a testament to it’s sturdiness.

Honestly this is the best ironing board I have ever owned! Very sturdy and solidly made. It is a little heavy but I wanted that. I like that if I bump into it that not everything is sent flying. The only thing that I can complain about is that the outer cover had a very slight nick or rip in the fabric on the side (from shipping I'm guessing) but I didn't notice it until it was beyond the return date. Guess I'll have to end up buying a replacement at some point or try to repair it some way. Other than that I would solidly recommend this ironing board. I would buy it again. Worth the investment.

My ironing board (size B) just arrived. There are two things I didn't know about it and that's what I'll report on. First, it has a cover fastener about 12 inches from the wide end. I missed that in the description and it's a big plus to me. No concern about a loose and slippy cover here. This baby ain't going anywhere. I ordered cover fasteners separately and now I don't need them. Second, I think the iron rest is permanent - like maybe welded. Takes the board from 49 inches to 61 1/2. Not terribly pleased about that. Well, maybe I can talk my brother into forcefully removing it. Or maybe I'll just live with it and discover that it's nice having an iron rest. Either way, I'm keeping this great ironing board.

The legs immediately fell off the ironing board. Without legs it doesn't have 7 height options, it was one height which is on the floor. I have sent 10+ emails to the manufacturer trying to troubleshoot this problem to no avail. It's clearly a manufacturing defect as there is a bar that is supposed to glide on a track underneath the ironing board. However, the bar is too short, hence the legs fall off. Now I want to return it but I don't have a box because I threw it out not thinking I'd have a problem with something as simple as an ironing board. The only thing Amazon will do is send me $10 off promo. However a new box to fit an ironing board will cost me $25. This product is garbage and so is Amazon's customer support!

I absolutely LOVE this ironing board!! It is strong, sturdy, & it opens up higher than any board I have ever had. Being tall, my back would ache after ironing for long periods - but no more!!

Well constructed, Very steady. Old ironing board was not as steady and if bumped into iron could fall. This iron board much better, worth the higher cost.

I expected more, I've had it a long time and perhaps it was damaged in delivery but it's not a steady ironing board like I expected! Just too expensive to replace

It's a bit heavy, but that's okay because it gives a durable and stable product. It doesn't feel cheap at all, and it looks good. I use it with the 'Philips Dampfbügelstation PerfectCare' and together it's perfect.

Very sturdy, great quality and has hooks to snap into place for storage.
