Can I store wet food in these pouches and place it in the freezer?

It only has a press seal on the top but as long as you freeze and defrost standing up, I wouldn't see a problem.

How many grams of nuts would these bags hold?

Well that would depend on the nuts 😂

Is this suitable for vegan produce (what is the wax used)? Also, is it suitable to keep bath salts inside?

Of course, the inner membrane of the kraft paper bag is a cpp film, which is non-toxic, tasteless, anti-corrosive and moisture-proof, not only suitable for vegetarian products, but also for bath salt. You can use it with confidence

Very sturdy bags

Loved these bags - very sturdy for my tea. Only problem was the gusset was stuck down so firmly, it took a bit of opening. I would buy again
