I have been very happy with this purchase! The unit is exactly what I wanted in the kitchen for underlighting. No special colors, just brilliant white. No remote to lose or mess with. Control knob has dimmer. Pros: Lights are very bright and the strip is very discreet. Lights do NOT get hot even after long use (4+hrs). Length of strip is excellent. Had the control knob both above the stove and by the entrance to the kitchen. Both places worked well. Cons: Length of strip is excessive for most kitchens without cutting or splicing. Cords from control knob to the light strips is a bit short making for an unsightly connection. Self adhesive for the back of the control knob would have been a nice idea or some sort of cable retention. Originally had the lights split in the middle....one 20ft stripe going each way. Would have had a lot of waste to cut off. In the picture, I have the control knob on the left side and both strips running parallel with no waste. Lights are super bright and easy to install. Seems to dim a little towards the very end.

Picture is before and after installing LED Light Strip. I have been trying to find a way to light up my very dark house. I have tried various LED light strips and there is always something wrong with them, but these lights work fantastic! No flickering, good dimmer switch, no remote control, amazing white light that actually lights up the room, easy to assemble and put up on ceiling. However, the one downside is that the glue does rip a little off the ceiling when removed. It is unnoticeable in my house though so I am ok with that. Measure twice, glue once!!

I got these lights to create a 360° lighting situation on my workbench to avoid having weird shadows cast on the small parts I was working on. These lights did a great job. Very bright, but can be dimmed down if you find them too bright. The adhesion worked fine for me, although I only installed them once and did not need to move them so I am unsure how it would do with being moved to a 2nd location. One light strip was perfect for my workbench, so when my roommate asked about the lights I told him I had a second strip if he wanted to use them as well...so we set them up on his workbench as well. We both loved the way these lights cast an even light all around our workspace. Overall, a great product for the price. tldr: Great product for the price, casts a great light, dimmable feature is nice, installation was a breeze.

So these are the cheapest LED strips I could find that suited my purposes. There seems to be some artifact of the lights closer to the source glowing brighter then gradually dropping-off towards the end. Maybe that's an illusion, and even then it's only visible in the back-lit fixture I'm using which uses every foot of the strips and probably wouldn't show if you're illuminating a shelf or a small room. These are the cheapest so that's a very small issue. I don't know how long these will last but they're dimmable, which is good.

I bought these for my indoor patio and installed the lights inside the border and looks super pretty from outside. I put them on a timer, so I don't need to worry about the on off switch. Since they don't connect to extend the length, i save the second strip to use if these ever wear out. My neighbors have commented on how great they look from outside too

They were great when they worked, but didn't last over a year. I wouldnt buy them unless you want to have to rip them down in a year or so and put them back up. Very disappointed.

So I wanted to add some lights to the inside of my semi truck to make it look nicer and brighter cause the stock lights didnt make the lighting in the truck bright enough. This thing is really bright and I definitely recommend getting it. It does have a knob switch to be able to dim the lights. The strip is pretty long and you get two rolls to the box. The only issue I have is the adhesive. Some have had better luck but I think it is either the material in my truck or the sun beating on my roof warming up the body and loosening the adhesive. The strip will come loose. Other than that, they're very bright and easy to install. I've added some pictures if any truckers are interested in adding some lights to there trucks. I drive a 21 international LT. I have the lights running on the roof along the u line groove and the bunk wall. I've ordered another set which will run along the second u line groove on the roof toward the upper bunk and down the walls.

I like these lights so much I have put them in three rooms, and three cabinets to light up my life. Easy to put up, if you use corner pieces it is a little harder. But around the ceiling, great. My only question is why the dimmer has a short cord to the light strip? I double sided tape the dimmer near the ceiling.
