Retracting one star because it’s a bit faffy to fit and you definitely can’t do it yourself after coming home from hospital so either need help, or ensure you fit it beforehand. Mine sits around the middle of my bed frame and lies next to me in bed, and has been great for avoiding engaging my abs too much.
