It's simple to use with just on and off switching. Both buttons in the relay are made of durable plastic that is good to place almost anywhere. I'm not sure if it's waterproof and I wouldn't take the key chain version and put it on your actual keys due to the flimsy clasp. The big button has double-sided tape that will eventually fail prematurely would recommend 3m.
