12" Balloon Whisk

This works very well for pancake and waffle batter. Also good for breaking up as a pastry cutter.

Great whisk that has a much better solution to the metal join than most whisks. Where the wires meet the body is a resin like material that waterproofs the handle. This simple thing makes it incredibly easy to throw on the top rack of dishwasher, It also has a 25 year warranty which is really nice on paper, but I haven't found any need to test.It can take a bevy of abuse. I've used this to cut cold butter into flour (lost my pastry blender). In short, those biscuits were delicious and the whisk held up perfectly!

I have had this whisk for a few months now and really enjoy how easy it is to clean.

and other hot, bubbly things that need to be stirred for a long time and require a safe distance. I would have preferred the colored, coated kind I have in smaller sizes, but they don't come this large so this will be fine since those applications occur in steel pans so scratching won't be an issue.

Works well - feels a little imbalanced however. I am not sure if this can be adjusted in anyway. It could be because of the size of the whisk versus the size of the handle however.

I ordered this whisk believing it would be a 12" whisk. It is not. The secondary packaging states that it is a 12" whisk. The tag attached to the whisk clearly states that it is a 10" whisk. Perhaps a warehouse error. I am returning the item.
