I’ve been taking this astaxanthin daily for a few months now, mostly at breakfast, and the effects have been subtle but consistent. I tried it out for eye support and general antioxidant benefits, and over time I’ve noticed a slight improvement in eye comfort during long screen sessions. It’s not a huge difference, but by the end of the day my eyes aren’t as dry and strained. Astaxanthin has a reputation for supporting oxidative stress, energy level, and eye health, and while I can’t measure that directly, the subtle ongoing improvement tells me I’m getting what I hoped for. These softgels are small and easy to take, and the taste or aftertaste unnoticeable. I’m also not having any type of stomach issues after taking them. I’m pleased enough with it for the price and supply, though if you’re looking for a big bang as opposed to a long-time support system, you might find this a tad disappointing. It’s more of someone who appreciates gradual consistency.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Didn't feel much when taking this supplement. According to what I found, more large-scale human trials are needed to prove its benefits. Strongest claim backed by studies is that it can help with inflammation; otherwise studies are limited.

前は12mg摂取だったので、いまは朝晩食事の後に1錠づつ飲んでます。 脂溶性なので食後が良く、一日の摂取量は6mg〜12mgだそうです。 あまり効果を確認しにくいサプリと思いますが、私は飲み続けようと思ってます。ある時に歳の割に若いねー、とか言われたら最高です。
