I wasn't sure if they would fit or not bc I had to guess the size of the pail. After measuring a 7" lid diameter, I went with the 7" filters. They came quick but ended up being a little too big, but I just cut the edges down some with scissors and will know next time to get a smaller size. It's only been a week, but so far no odors or fruit flies! If you are wondering what size to get for the lid of a composter, my advice is to go down an inch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UPDATE: Make sure you check the size.
